The Communist Youth League Committee of Xiamen Yingcai School currently has 704 registered members. Every class has its own Youth League branch. The committee is staffed with one Secretary, one Deputy Secretary, and three General Branch Secretaries, supported by a core team of 120 student Youth League cadres.
       The school upholds strict League governance and rigorously enforces the member development system. It standardizes the conduct of routine activities such as "Three Meetings, Two Systems, and One Lesson", themed League Day events, and the Youth Learning initiative, continuously improving the education and development of League members.
      The school adheres to the principle of Party-building leading League-building and places high importance on the ideological and political guidance of students. With League members as the vanguard representatives, the committee leverages the "Yingcai Volunteer Red"  brand to regularly carry out signature programs such as red-themed study tours, community service, and public welfare practice. These activities strengthen role-model inspiration, deepen patriotic and civic sentiments, promote students' all-round development, and give full play to the Youth League's role in nurturing the next generation—steadily advancing the school's Youth League work toward high-quality development.
