The Young Pioneers organization of Xiamen Yingcai School has 1,099 members, organized into 37 volunteer squadrons. The organization is supported by one Company Counselor, 37 Squadron Counselors, and a core team of 65 Pioneer volunteers.
The school strictly enforces the enrollment system and standardizes routine activities such as flag-raising ceremonies, themed troop meetings, and Red Scarf duty service, and continues to strengthen the cultural infrastructure of the Young Pioneers organization.
Leveraging volunteer resources, the school regularly carries out signature programs including red-themed education, civic practice, and public service activities. These initiatives reinforce ideological and moral guidance, deepen patriotic sentiment, and give full play to the Young Pioneers' role in nurturing students—steadily advancing all aspects of Young Pioneers work in a thorough and orderly manner.
