1. Must hold citizenship of the People's Republic of China.

3. Must demonstrate strong political integrity and sound moral character.

5. Must be in good physical and psychological health to fulfill the duties of the position.
6. Candidates applying for primary or secondary school teaching positions must hold a bachelor's degree or above from an
accredited national education institution.
7. Must hold a valid teacher qualification certificate corresponding to the subject area and grade level of the applied position.
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above required. Graduates from key teacher-training universities (teacher education institutions) or "211," "985," "Double First-Class," or QS World University Rankings Top 100 institutions are preferred. Candidates who received academic scholarships or were recognized as outstanding student leaders at the institutional level or above during their studies are also preferred.
2. Must hold a valid teacher qualification certificate for the relevant subject and school level.
3. Candidates with three or more years of full-time teaching experience at public or private schools are preferred.
4. Holders of senior professional titles , special-grade teacher designations , or official honors such as Distinguished Teacher at or above the municipal level, Expert Teacher, Subject Discipline Leader, Key Teacher, Outstanding Teacher, or Outstanding Class Teacher are preferred.
5. Must have a strong command of the subject area, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to fulfill both teaching and homeroom teacher responsibilities.
6. Must be physically and psychologically suited to the demands of the role, possess a solid grounding in educational theory, genuinely embrace the school's educational philosophy, and bring a progressive approach to teaching and a broad educational perspective.
The school offers compensation at the leading edge of the industry, with annual total income ranging from RMB 200,000 to 400,000. Candidates with a demonstrated track record of preparing students for Peking University or Tsinghua University and exceptional instructional performance are welcome to discuss compensation individually.
The school provides full statutory contributions to all five types of social insurance plus the housing provident fund.
