The Xiamen Yingcai School Staff Union was established in May 2004. Guided by the school's educational philosophy of "Love and Creativity," it places faculty and staff at its center, serving as a warm bridge between school leadership, Party and administrative bodies, and teaching staff—and as a vital force in cultivating a healthy campus culture.
        The Union has a well-established organizational structure, comprising a Union Chair, Union Committee Members, a Women's Committee, and a Finance and Audit Committee. It actively participates in the deliberation of major school affairs, the revision of rules and regulations, the protection of faculty and staff rights and interests, welfare assurance, and the evaluation and commendation of outstanding individuals—working diligently to safeguard the lawful rights of all staff and build a fair and orderly environment for education.
       The Union is dedicated to providing heartfelt services for faculty and staff, regularly organizing cultural and sports activities as well as care and support visits. It enriches the spiritual and cultural lives of staff, fosters a campus ethos of virtue, solidarity, and dedication, and provides a strong foundation for the school's standardized, high-quality, and integrated development.
