Parent Committee

The Parent Committee serves as a vital bridge between the school and the families it serves, and as a core driving force in the collaborative effort to nurture the next generation. Composed of parent representatives who share a genuine passion for education and a deep alignment with the school's philosophy, the Parent Committee operates under the guiding principle of "Home and School, United in Purpose, Growing Together," working in close partnership with the school to build a positive and thriving educational ecosystem.
The Parent Committee establishes efficient channels for communication between home and school, actively supports the school in carrying out various educational and teaching activities, and helps ensure the smooth running of campus events. It listens to parents' educational needs, promptly relays reasonable suggestions, provides a platform for exchanges among parents, and shares quality family education and co-parenting experiences. By uniting the strengths of home and school, it conveys the warmth and responsibility of education, and works hand in hand with the school to safeguard every child's healthy, happy growth and pursuit of dreams.

Home-School Co-education

Positioning: Leveraging the distinctive advantages of our 15-year continuous schooling model, and grounded in brain science and lifespan developmental psychology as its professional core, the program is designed to systematically cultivate "learning-oriented parents" and establish a recognized professional brand in family education that radiates into the broader community.
Overall Goal: Within three years, achieve full coverage of a 108-lecture curriculum series, train a cohort of certified "Family Education Coaches (Parent Mentors)" , and establish a dual-circulation service model of "universal benefit within the school → outreach and output beyond the school."

Honorary Parent

At Xiamen Yingcai School, we celebrate the journeys of our students as they grow and set forth to embrace the world. We are equally proud of a distinguished group of parents whose broad vision and deep commitment to education have left a lasting mark on our school community—our Honorary Parents.
These individuals possess an open international perspective and an advanced understanding of education. They look beyond grades and test scores, placing greater importance on the development of children's character and overall competencies. They are steadfast companions in their children's growth, nurturing hearts and transmitting positive energy through thoughtful and scientific parenting. They are true partners in the home-school collaboration—proactively supportive, willing to share, and instrumental in building bridges of communication between families and the school.
On April 24, 2026, Xiamen Yingcai School held its inaugural Honorary Parent Commendation Ceremony.
