The Party Committee of Xiamen Yingcai School currently comprises six Party branches—covering the Senior High School, Junior High School, Arts, Sports & International Department, Primary School, Administrative & Logistics Department, and Kindergarten—achieving full organizational coverage across all divisions.
        Each Party branch is embedded within its respective school division or department, led by a carefully selected Party Branch Secretary who concurrently serves as the division head or a mid-level or senior administrator.
       The Party Committee has established the "1622" working model and consistently implements the "Three Meetings, One Lesson" system. Through Party member assemblies, Party lectures, and other formats, it strengthens Party member education and management and elevates the political quality of Party members.
       In October 2021, the General Party Branch of Xiamen Yingcai School was elevated to a full Party Committee. The school currently has more than 100 Party members.
